This training is specifically for employees and civil servants who want to look ahead and apply new working methods. No prior knowledge of design thinking or service design is required. What matters is an open and curious mindset!
The program broadly consists of:
Day 1: Background of design in the public sector
Day 2: Conducting research and analysis
Day 3: Trends and developments
Day 4: Idea generation and facilitation
Day 5: Prototyping and testing
Day 6: Your role as a design-driven civil servant
Coaching: The training includes three coaching sessions with one of the trainers.
Time: We expect you to attend all six days and allocate time between training sessions to complete assignments. The time investment outside of the training days is approximately 40 hours.
