An overview of our projects:
In every project, learning design skills is a key element, enabling organizations to find the best solutions for complex challenges on their own. Our work is divided into three areas: applying design, learning design, and coaching design.
We offer customized (multi-day) training sessions, workshops, and masterclasses, providing individuals and teams with a mix of knowledge and hands-on experience in design-driven work. We ensure that the acquired insights can be immediately applied to your own work.
We design and facilitate creative processes in which diverse groups of stakeholders collaborate to develop solutions. This could involve creating a future vision or new services. These processes can take the form of an intensive sprint over a few consecutive days or a longer-term change trajectory.
We guide teams and individuals throughout projects, change processes, and training sessions. As designers, we provide an external perspective and help you take concrete steps forward. No matter how experienced you are in design or change management, being part of an organization can make it challenging to step back and view the situation with a fresh, outsider’s perspective.
