Seeking new perspectives

We design tailor-made processes, carefully aligned with the challenge and the team.

By building on participants’ experiences, we uncover new perspectives and unique solutions together.

Our approach

Our strength lies in combining creativity with concrete action. We guide groups of stakeholders through challenging processes in sectors such as education, youth care, energy, safety, and well-being. Using a mix of transition studies, systemic and social design, and creative facilitation, we help people and systems move forward.

We don’t just develop innovative solutions—we also translate them into concrete actions and tangible results.

1. Exploring

We start by examining the situation: what is the problem, who is affected, and why? We map out interests and motivations.

2. Investigating

Together, we seek answers through design research, common sense, and curiosity about behavior and dynamics.

3. Creating

We translate insights into fresh ideas and develop tangible prototypes or illustrations, which we test with users.

4. Implementing

We guide the implementation, ensure the idea takes root in practice, and create the desired change.

What makes our approach unique?

We always strive to create synergy. This is not only essential for smooth and effective collaboration but also for developing new solutions that truly fit real-world needs. Synergy is recognizable as a sense of flow, enthusiasm, clarity, and action.

In every collaboration we facilitate, we seek a complete and balanced mix of skills—whether already present within the team or strengthened with external experts. We distinguish five levels of skills that we integrate into our projects:
Model

Action skills

For us, it’s all about getting things done—hands-on and sleeves rolled up. Action skills are about taking action. We ensure that we not only dare to dream big but also turn those dreams into concrete results.

Emotional skills

Understanding, connecting, and inspiring people—that is the essence of emotional skills. By recognizing emotions and guiding them in the right direction, we create momentum.

Intellectual skills

Intellectual skills form the foundation for clear problem analysis, well-considered decision-making, and effective strategies. In our projects, we help participants develop the skills needed to understand complex challenges, navigate systems, and make strategic choices.

Collaboration skills

The foundation of collaboration is the ability to give and receive—attention, respect, compassion, honesty, and trust. Together with our participants, we create an environment where everyone feels heard and supported. This encourages the sharing of ideas and insights while preserving the unique qualities of each participant.

Creative skills

Creative skills are the key to finding innovative solutions and thinking beyond conventional boundaries. We encourage participants to explore with an open mind, experiment, and develop original approaches. This creates space for innovation and growth.
