Applying Design with ClickNL
The goal of the Top Sector Creative Industry and ClickNL is to make the creative industry in the Netherlands more resilient. To achieve this, they focus on stimulating knowledge development and knowledge utilization within the creative industry. They aim to close the 'loop' of knowledge-driven work in the Creative Industry.
To accomplish this, a clear mission and a suitable program of activities are needed. Therefore, in sessions with internal stakeholders, we reflected on further defining ClickNL's mission using keywords and visualizations.
We then held focus group sessions with the target audience, which led to insights about knowledge-driven work, what they need, and their reality and ways of working.
The visual summaries created from these sessions can now be used to refine the mission and identify appropriate activities to close the 'loop' of knowledge-driven and purpose-driven work in the Creative Industry.
